Sign in to the same Apple Account, open ADHD Clean and tap Bring back your home on the first screen. It uses the copy in your iCloud.

Plus

Plus is bought through Apple. To change or cancel it, open the app's Settings and tap Manage subscription, or use your iPhone's Settings, under your name, Subscriptions.

Start over

Settings, then Start over, erases your rooms, chores, family and history from the device. The copy in iCloud stays until you turn Copy in iCloud off.
